The role
Within the Orange Applications for Business strategic business unit, the Multichannel Business Solutions Department is responsible for designing, deploying and operating Customer Relationship Management solutions on behalf of companies. It offers service offerings to optimize integration between Orange Business Services network solutions and customer relationship management solutions implemented in companies in France and internationally.

We are looking for a Project Manager for H / F Relationship Management solutions for our Paris office.

In the context of complex files for our key accounts France or International, engaging different Lines of Solutions, you drive the project: you organize the skills necessary for the realization of the project (technical experts, Solution Design Engineers, architects), as well as 'financial and contractual monitoring.

You also control the activities of suppliers and partners. Our partners are the main suppliers of integrated solutions by Orange Business Services: Avaya, Cisco, Cosmocom, Genesys for the core solutions.

You are the direct interlocutor of these multiple internal suppliers, the main integrators and suppliers of related solutions.

You implement quality management methods and processes, and contribute to communication and managerial reporting.

You assume full responsibility for the project entrusted to you:

compliance with quality and deadline commitments, including customer satisfaction
respect of budgetary commitments (P & L)
About you
With a Bac +5 minimum, you have at least 10 years of experience in the management of customer projects in the field of telecom. (Knowledge of the field of Customer Relationship Management is a plus.)

ability to work with key accounts customers, analyze their needs and understand the complexity of their organizations,
ability to interact with the executive interlocutors of our clients (CIOs, business managers, etc.)
sense of leadership in a context of transverse project management, ability to convince and lead a project team,
sense of service and customer satisfaction,
meaning of the result,
fluency in English (for international projects)
You are autonomous, organized and rigorous. You have the team spirit, and the sense of customer service.
