Commercial Manager

The role
Attached to the Commercial Director (or a Regional Sales Manager), the candidate will be responsible for:

Fleet Performance file management in collaboration with the Account Manager

Process administratively the files in Addition, until their signature and their announcement
Deal with the remarks (administrative complaints) customers in the sales phase
Make sure of the good restitution in the CRM
The management of Ocean files, in a second time, on the same elements,

renewals from an administrative point of view to help Ocean traders
The use of Locam and OL e-contracts by sales representatives
The writing of simple offers, in New Business, under the responsibility of Ocean salespeople, to show a responsiveness and quality of important services to prospects
Completeness management of files

Communicate with customers to retrieve missing items from Fleet or Ocean files upon request from Sales Engineers to enable their announcement
Retrieve installation slips / add endorsements to close non-billable files
The implementation of productivity process for commercial engineers

About you
Training Bac + 2 to Bac + 5, you justify a 5 years experience of commercial assistantship.

You are rigorous, pugnacious and have the ability to handle many files simultaneously.

You are autonomous, positive and strong proposal.

At ease in a commercial and customer-oriented function, you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
