You will be responsible to create a testbed and/or system level simulator that allows to create a network of autonomous nodes. The target is to have dynamic interface with capabilities to add different nodes and user mobility for indoor applications. The repositioning of the nodes and users may be automated or manual depending on the use case and requirements. Concurrently, real-time interaction and interdependencies between the developed self-manageable architecture and other legacy or future indoor systems will be considered.
Key qualifications for the role: (Skills/Knowledge)
Enrolled student in computer science or electrical engineering with excellent computer programming skills
Experience with USRP/LabView or GNU Radio packages
Excellent knowledge of Wi-Fi system and network protocols is must
