Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with external facing teams on partner marketing strategy and plans
Be the liaison that synchronizes cross departmental initiatives in order to drive sales activities
Create and execute programs and content for prospective partner opportunities
Identify and articulate the joint value proposition of advertising with other departments
Build and manage content, tools and collateral for partners
Master the calendar and be highly in tune with partner planning cycles, seasonality, and industry specific opportunities
Optimize processes cross-departmentally and fine tune systems for delivering efficiently and on-time
Required Academic & Work Experience:
BA or BS degree in a creative or marketing field
8+ years of progressive marketing experience in gaming, digital media, and/or B2B partnership development
Required/Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
A positioning master with the ability to understand cross departmental commitments such as marketing, merchandising and product and create strategies for Advertising within the larger partner ecosystem
In-depth knowledge of advertising industry best practices, competitive positioning, and systems
Experience interacting with customers, prospects, agencies, analysts and staff in high profile, business critical situations
Proven ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through with timely execution in a fluid, cross functional team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and analytical nature; metric driven behavior with a high degree of organization
Innovative, self-starter with high work ethic.
Ability to travel to industry or partner events as needed
