The IP and Optical Network Learning Services Operations Team manages a variety of industry first certification programs. A global initiative with hundreds of customers and employee groups participating worldwide, our team is looking for a business systems analyst resource to support the development of various online applications. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, independent and flexible individual who can work in a dynamic environment.
Develop and document business requirements
Work with development teams through application development process, responding to questions and refining requirements
Create test documentation
Complete user acceptance testing and report on findings
Create end user documentation
Complete end user training on new applications as required
Support existing web applications; respond to customer inquiries
Publish web content using existing toolset
Student with a background in Administration, Management, MIS or Computer Science
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Fluency in English is required
Very detailed oriented
Superb multi-tasking skills needed
Experience with HTML and application testing an asset
2nd year+ co-op student registered in a recognized Co-Op or Intern Program at a Canadian College or University; Administration, Business, MIS or Computer Science Program
