10+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 4+ hands-on technical management experience.
Experience leading managers and engineers at all levels, and you’re skilled at guiding them through their career development.
Technical background and are able to contribute to planning and design discussions.
Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate strategy, obtain staff/management buy-in and implement said strategy.
Leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Personal creativity and drive; must have the vision and courage to break new ground and establish the highest standards of excellence, while taking prudent risks to achieve targets and goals.
MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
