Egress are now looking for an innovative Marketing Operations Manager!
Egress is a market leader in security and encryption software, providing award winning data security solutions to a range of clients - from small to large enterprise level organisations in both the private and public sectors. In the last 3 years, we have developed from a small company with big ideas, to having a multi-award winning status, a headcount of 130 people and multiple offices across the UK and North America.
Our marketing team require a skilled marketing operations professional to design and build a global technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and continued growth.
Complete tasks as required to support pipeline generating activities including CommuniGator programs, data upload, de-duplication. Support teams with reporting and analysis as required. Build views and dial lists in Microsoft Dynamics as required for specific campaign follow-up. Provide cross-departmental support such as customer surveys, web support. This role will give you exposure to CommuniGator, Microsoft Dynamics, Web CMS and other technology integrations. In addition, a critical part of this role is to support the team in terms of advancing the use of our marketing technology platform.
The role will:
Deliver the marketing operations requirements for campaigns across field, alliance and demand generation teams (tracking, scoring, program attribution, email)
Support data preparation / upload / de-duplication for campaigns and lists as required
Utilise technology to automate processes and tasks
Support delivery of the Marketing Operations Roadmap
Provide cross-departmental support as required
Support the marketing function in the progressive use of the marketing technology platform.
Preferably degree educated, but attitude and ability are more important.
Preferably 3+ year experience in a technology company.
Well versed in MS Office Suite, CommuniGator, Dynamics
Excellent English Language Skills
