Key responsibilities:

Supporting both the Partner Incentives Program Manager and the Core Partner Programs Manager in gathering, consolidating and analysing data to draw valid conclusions that drive future decisions in respect of Partner Programs

Supporting the Communications Manager in respect of calls with large internal audiences, from the logistics to hosting of calls and content creation

Supporting the Partner Experience Manager in specific activities that aim to increase partner satisfaction levels and improve the effectiveness of tools available to our internal teams

Supporting the vSAN Partner Program Manager on specific activities that aim to drive an increase of vSAN partner created opportunities, revenue and use of the assessment tools

Supporting the Partner Operations specialist on data analysis and drawing conclusions to the data findings

Developing robust trust based relationship with the Channel audience: Partner Business Managers, Distribution Account Managers to become a recognized point of contact within the Partner Programs Team

Supporting the management and compliance against programs such as VMware Funded Professional, Solution Provider Program and the Distributor Program.

Monthly/Quarterly refresh and development of new tools leveraged by the wider Channel team.

Resilient self-starter - the Partner Programs team is a fast-paced environment and requires a level of self-confidence and resilience, must have a desire to 'get stuck in' and really make a difference
Motivated and organized - the role has a lot of autonomy, to be successful the intern must be highly organized and able to prioritize their workload and happy to multi-task
Good problem solver – someone who can think outside of the box and identify solutions others may fail to consider
