What you will do:
· Support the analytical needs of the AWS Sales organization including Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations, and others, including routine reporting, creation of dashboards and scorecards, and ad-hoc reporting
· Analyze industry and Amazon internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends
· Own key executive reports consumed by Sales VP and Sales Directors
· Leverage Tableau Server, S3, Redshift and similar technology to make sense of large data sets and boil them down to meaningful, actionable intelligence consumed by the Sales organization
· Partner with central economics, machine learning, data engineering, sales operations, finance and other analytics teams to ensure the most efficient and effective allocation of resources to tackle our team's agenda.
· Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables to meet and exceed the Sales Strategy & Operations team expectations

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or other highly quantitative fields
· 6+ years of professional work experience in business analysis, reporting, financial planning or business intelligence
· Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
· Experience using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
· Proficiency in writing SQL queries
· Proficiency in self-service BI platforms
· Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders

· MBA or Master's degree in information systems or related field
· 8+ years of professional work experience in business analysis, reporting, financial planning or business intelligence
· Experience manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disjointed data sets
· Advanced skills with Tableau Server
· Experience working in sales effectiveness or sales productivity domain
· Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
· Excellent planning, presentation and organization skills
