Job Purpose

The role is responsible for providing & analysing Management Information derived from various sources, to provide insight against specific business KPI’s to Internal & External stakeholders in order to assess business performance & trends.


Improvement / InnovationImplements improvements and carries out simple change management tasks by following established procedures to support others.

Building CapabilityDevelops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.

Client & Customer Management (Internal)Carries out prescribed internal client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures.

Budgeting & CostingMonitors and analyses data as directed using budgeting systems and protocols.

Data Collection & AnalysisWorks independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.

Data ManagementDelivers prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established data management systems and procedures.

Financial Management & ControlTracks progress and reports variances to more senior colleagues while working within established finance systems.

Policy Development & ImplementationDelivers prescribed outcomes by working within established procedures.
