Customer Delivery Executive

Required Skills
– Undergraduate degree and 6+ years’ relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4+ year’s relevant experience
– Experience with Hospital based patient information systems a plus
– Ability to motivate, direct and lead groups of people
– Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives
– Knowledge of finance, contract management, customer relationship, leadership, relevant industry, negotiation, value creation and project management a plus
– Experienced priority-setting skills to effectively meet departmental strategic and operational objectives
– Advanced organizing and planning skills to effectively manage teams
– Well-developed ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, interpret and apply complex and technical regulations, policies, and procedures related to customer contracts, often under significant timeline pressures and with accuracy and attention to detail
