Manage and own segment proposition from marketing prospects. This includes setting a differentiated marketing and proposition direction, executing all inflow activities to win market share in the given segment.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

1. Own Consumer Segment Marketing Strategy:

Create a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and opportunities through regular analysis

Monitor the segment / sub-segments current and future needs, attitudes, and receptivity insights

Input the development of a long.term segment initiative roadmap based on customer and commercial opportunities, and technological innovations

Develop yearly segment action plan and corresponding segment DB investment plan

Input in defining role of sales channel and desired customer experience for the segment

2. Implement the yearly segment action plan and roadmap from idea to GTM

Drive implementation of new propositions including commercial design, business case, and post-launch evaluation

Support approvals through government process for all segment initiatives including local and Group forums

Define GTM plan and coordinate implementation with the help of the Segment Virtual Team across the sales channels and touchpoints

Develop and execute customer experience initiatives to maximize NPS. Generate inisghts and drivers behind NPS results. Input to Product Team when implementing customer journey improvement initiatives

Input into commission and handset A&R investment plan based on consumer segment understanding and promo roadmap

Work closely with the A&R and Terminals GTM Manager to manage the A&R budget to maximise the growth benefit, and keeping A&R intensity under control.

Own and drive communication consistency (primarly messaging) executed consequently on all touchpoints related to specific segment (own media, base and paid media)

3. Track segment performance/P&L:

Provide regular analyis on segment performance and propose improvement actions if needed

Liaise with other managers across the organisation (particularly in the sales and customer service functions) to ensure that marketing activities are aligned and integrated with other parts of the business

We are looking for you if you have

University degree (Economy, Commerce, Marketing , Technical)

Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with deep passion for customer insights

4+ well established product marketing experience, either in the telecom sector or with an international brand

B2B experience is an advantage

Track record of commercial and technical acumen translated into business success

Fluent English

Customer commitment, strong experience in working with customer insights and segmentation
