The Applications & Analytics CTO provides the technology choices and direction for products within the business group, creating a technology vision that is aligned with overall Nokia strategy and direction. Common Software Foundations (CSF) is a key initiative to create a software business within Applications & Analytics based on leveraging common software components and a "software suite" product vision.
This role will provide architecture definition, technical leadership and consultation/support to product teams as well as the Common Software Foundations domain development teams.
Defining needs for new SW artifacts based on input from A&A product teams.
Definition of common data models and integration interfaces.
Driving architecture consistency through API definitions and cross-product data models.
Supporting definition of cross-product integration use cases and enabling enhancements to CSF components and blueprints.
Providing design consultation and support for product teams leveraging CSF assets and common services.
Vision for future artifacts guided by software technology trends applied to A&A product needs.

Strong software architecture background
Understanding and experience in the design of multi-tier applications and microservice architectures preferred.
Specialties may include virtualization/cloud or container technologies, user interface, analytics, database, or Linux operating system and tools.
Independent and capable of driving multiple simultaneous projects.
Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with multi-national teams.
Team player with the ability to build and nurture personal networks within and outside the organization.
5+ years experience in similar role.
