Research and document business and functional requirements for both internally and externally requested changes
Support business case development and review for new & existing Roaming Products
Collaborate with T-Mobile stakeholders to develop and document product functionality requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful management of T-Mobile Roaming solutions
Provide Project Management support for implementing Roaming sponsored projects and develop product knowledge base and handoff processes
Lifecycle management of Roaming Products and Services and communicate with Roaming Vendor POCs, as needed.
3-5 years' experience in product support, business analysis, contract management, business development, partner relations, and alliance development
Strong negotiation skills to influence business partners and experience in evaluating long-term contracts
Experience with contracts, working with Legal teams, clarifying commercial conditions and ensuring agreements are sound
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Appreciation and understanding of cultural differences; multilingual a plus
Bachelors Degree. Finance, Engineering or related field required
