Account Manager - National Retail

Essential Functions
Lead planning & execution of business strategy & key initiatives for assigned account
Create and maintain strong relationships with the assigned account
Lead all training initiatives supporting assigned account
Lead the implementation of all new products & services within assigned account
Manage operational components and long-term objectives, strategies, and initiatives in keeping with T-Mobile's goals for assigned account.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results.
Experience managing sales and operations for a $100M+ market unit or segment
Retail experience preferred
Strong business analysis skills
Strong focus on customer and quality
Excellent communications and influencing skills
Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
