The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results.
Experience managing sales and operations for a $100M+ market unit or segment
Retail experience preferred
Strong business analysis skills
Strong focus on customer and quality
Excellent communications and influencing skills
Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
