Drive recommendations for business prioritization, resource optimization and efficiency improvements; define and promote analytics enablement, leveraging datasets to enable business recommendations and analytics by different teams.
Ensure products and projects move through the QA process in a timely manner and result in a quality solution for deployment. Develop partner dashboard with actionable KPIS for partners and stakeholders.
Define the strategy and execute a plan that will derive a quality assurance method to achieve functional, performance, and integration validation that continually improves deployment efficiency of new & existing capabilities.
Participate & drive strategy, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of quality assurance tools and technologies. Oversee the day to day quality assurance automated delivery with focus on end to end customer experience.
Collaborating and aligning with architects and senior technologists on proper architecture and design. Collaborate with key partners in the adoption of emerging technologies.
Ensure development of all staff through creation of formal development plans, effective coaching and leading by example. Be an advocate for T-Mobile's values, coach and develop the next generation of leaders.
