What You’ll Work On:
Establish and manage non-inventory purchasing process company wide. Drive cost savings across all expense categories.
Manage global employee expense program, including out of pocket expenses, corporate card programs, user access, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate ongoing Concur projects including internal/external enhancements, system integrations, and new services.
Work closely with external vendors and internal business partners to resolve inquiries; perform necessary research and resolution of open items.
Manage one-time payments, payment void requests, and other payment related inquiries.
Implement and/or coordinate NetSuite system enhancements and ongoing or new projects.
Prepare monthly AP expense report related accruals and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly AP aging reconciliation, analysis, and follow-up.
Coding: Codes all invoices (including vendor invoices, vendor credits, check requests, credit card statements, employee expense reports, etc.) with correct account codes in preparation for entry into GL system.
Posting: Ensures that all invoices are properly entered and posted to vendor accounts in GL system.
Cash Forecasting: Prepares weekly and quarterly cash forecasts for management review.
Manage annual 1099 reporting.
Manage internal and external audit requests.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing support and supervision to other team members.
Recommends policies and procedures relevant to A/P and Purchasing function and, upon approval, implements the policy/procedure and trains staff, as needed.
Perform additional responsibilities, tasks, and ad hoc projects as requested by management.
BS or BA in Accounting or related field required.
CPA or CMA preferred
At least 5 years of Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing experience.
Experience with Concur Expense including corporate card programs.
Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate and detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills, with the proven ability to analyze processes and suggest/implement continuous improvements.
