Internship - International HR Project Management

Your tasks

Whether compulsory or voluntary internship - with us you profit in each case from an attractive remuneration and support the team in the project management for ideally 6 months with the following responsible tasks:

Active participation in internal communication measures for the stakeholders in the recruiting process
Support the project managers in day-to-day administrative and organizational matters (eg appointment coordination)
Contribute to sustainable further development of national and international recruiting topics
Participation in the conception and implementation of project ideas as well as the preparation and follow-up of documents as the basis for management decisions

your profile

You are studying economics, psychology, ideally with a focus on human resources / marketing / communication, a comparable degree program or are in the gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

First practical experience in the field of human resources / communication, eg. B. by previous internships, are beneficial
An organized, independent and structured way of working
A high level of teamwork, communication skills and initiative
Secure handling of MS Office
very good knowledge of English
