Role: EXECUTIVE Communications Specialist

Role & Department Description:
The Executive Communications & Strategic Programs team elevates the voices of senior Sales, Industries, Partner, and Innovation leaders through internal & external channels. We create stories and resources that reinforce our company's viewpoints, our customers' successes, and our teams' achievements in compelling, creative ways.
We are looking for someone to help craft compelling content related to our Industries, Innovation, and Partners portfolio. Special focus will be on creating content that helps break down complex topics and uses language suitable for various internal audiences.
We want someone who is curious, inquisitive, and excited to tell the stories of how Salesforce is transforming Industries working with our Partners, and implementing innovative methodologies to get businesses closer to their customers. We want a person on our team who can shape stories and content across multiple formats — video, blog, executive summary, case study, presentation, etc. — and multiple channels. Experience with social channels a plus.
Basic Requirements are:
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment as writer, editor, or relevant role
Efficient project management skills, including working on a high volume of projects
Understanding of content development and editorial factors
Good knowledge of Salesforce products, services, narratives
Abilities in planning and coordinating people and operations
Excellent organizational skills
Will be asked for your position on the Oxford comma
Familiarity with basic video editing and presentation platforms
Outstanding communication, people abilities, and sense of humor
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
BS/BA in journalism, communications, or relevant field, or relevant experience
Primary responsibilities include:
Work with our direct and extended team to develop and publish internal content focused on customer successes for Industries, Innovation, and Partners
Design and execute internal communications and promotion plans
Innovate around content and presentation
Track toward content goals, adopting and following shared processes, and appropriately implement new programs and best practices as assigned by leadership
