Partner Account Manager - Health Care

- Own the day-to-day execution of a key partnership in the high growth Provider market, including managing/overseeing strategic account plans, transactional and operational needs, and GTM planning and execution
- Serve as the primary relationship owner, coordinating activity and communication and building trusted advisor relationships

- Support and influence Pipeline and ACV creation, working with direct sales and marketing organizations to promote this partner and assist with key deals
- Build and spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) plan for our co-selling relationship, leading cross functional teams to enable both partners and salesforce Field teams to execute successfully, and drive pipeline and ACV
- Inspire innovations in our partnership across the lifecycle of the relationship, evangelizing, earning new design wins, and educating on partnership models and deal structures
- Advocate for internal support for this partnerships with top executives within Salesforce, including leadership from: Alliances/ISV, Distribution, Product, Legal and Ops, Marketing etc.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, including finding paths to new growth in this existing partner
- Contribute to annual ISV Healthcare sales strategy and plan creation, and overall Healthcare and Vertical team success
- Qualify leads and sales opportunities for new opportunities in this account and in the Provider segment
-Report on sales strategy and activity, creating compelling presentations and predictable forecasts for senior management. Collaborate effectively with ISV, Industry and Distribution leadership to identify "white spaces," align on product or support needs, GTM activity, etc.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, managing multiple competing priorities, and working effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Experience/Skills Required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional skills and capabilities in:
- Account planning and management, business development/solution sales, opportunity management
- Influencing C-Level leaders from start-ups to Global companies, across diverse functions like Product Development, IT, Business unit leadership
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies as they apply to Healthcare accounts
- Ability to "solution sell" - in both building an application and leading the deployment of a platform
- Time and complex program management
- 6+ years of Healthcare and/or Life Sciences Experience
- 8+ years of solution sales experience selling OEM, ISV, direct software, SaaS solutions or similar
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise or OEM/ISV deals
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals w/ a strong W2 track record
- Strategic and analytical thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling vision and strategy for partner success
- Consultative solution sales expertise, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- Experience negotiating complex contracts, working through conflicts, and facilitating joint legal conversations
