Day-to-day design, development, and execution of test strategies and plans of program
Perform the integration and system testing activities
Prepare all documentation for test strategy, test plans, test estimates, test cases and test scripts.
Manage working relationship between QA team, the development team, the QA environment team and the business partners.
Delivery of all supply chain/OM planning, execution, and reporting for program testing activities.
Manage QA team and work with extended team to resolve quality issues.
Oversee and execute application test cases and issue remediation tasks.
Create and maintain application documentation, context and flow diagrams, data model diagrams, triage and resolution steps, and technical manuals.
Work with the Business analyst and development teams group to assist in creating test scenarios, and application verification.
Assist with application transition to UAT and 1st / 2nd level support organizations.

Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), IT systems and processes, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects
Thorough knowledge of the test planning and test management domains

Develop appropriate documentation and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. These may include items like use cases, application diagrams, application code, test plans, test cases, or end user documentation.
Participate in assigned aspects of business continuity & the business continuity process plan and testing for application systems.
Provide regular status updates and feedback.
Good SQL and analysis experience and techniques.
Strong skills with the MS Office product suite or comparable applications.
5+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated iSeries (As400) and front end ecommerce skills with experience on at least 2 full product implementation cycles.
4 – 5 years of experience in QA of applications in the retail environment.
A demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing test cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent training and/or relevant experience is required.
