As part of the Life Cycle Management (LCM) team you will ensure delivery of all in scope LCM mitigation actions against vulnerabilities across the UK Customer CPE estate. Highly customer focussed. This is a technical delivery role that requires strong planning and co-ordinations skills, coupled with an understanding of multi-technology solutions (mainly Cisco, Juniper and ADVA) in the network and data field. The post holder will be expected to behave and manage with a high degree of flexibility to support fluid demands of the role.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Support in developing and implementing Method of Procedures (MOP’s) and feedback to Technical authorities.
Contributing to the Customer Services and wider business objectives to improve: technical delivery performance, Service reliability and Service quality.
Take part in LWI and process reviews as key implementation colleagues to allow continuous improvements to be identified and automated.
Understand and prioritise workload and proactively drive tasks through to completion.
Ensure you maintain up to date knowledge with current practices, procedures and products.
You will initially work a set shift pattern including one week in four of nights (6pm to 4am for x4 nights) but should have a flexible approach to changing patterns as the role develops.
Training responsibilities for engineers in the team.

Operations Centre/Field environment background beneficial
Cisco experience – CCNA Beneficial
