Indirect Buyer, Procurement

Tasks and responsibilities include but not exclusively:

Manage the buying of goods and services primarily for HR, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Marketing
Perform market due diligence, Should Cost, and TCO price models
Review, redline and negotiate contract business terms only
Collaborate with cross-functional groups
Train business owners on procurement policies
Involvement in PO creation
Provide back up to co-workers when there are absences/planned vacations
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Highly organized with ability to balance multiple projects
Ability to solve problems and answer questions with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year University OR 10 years equivalent procurement experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft office including Excel
SAP/Ariba, Coupa, Apttus or any equivalent tool experience is a MUST
