Senior Technical Solutions Manager

As a Senior Technical Solutions Manager, you will provide technical expertise & knowledge of BlackBerry Enterprise Software & Services to our partners. You will articulate & evangelize BlackBerry’s value proposition to our partners, driving holistic adoption throughout the both the consumer and enterprise space. This is a critical role where you will be heavily engaged with customers & therefore you will need to be highly credible in complex technical discussions with customers and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining both a working and technical relationship with IT Professionals and key C level contacts within named accounts and partners to evangelize the key differentiators of BlackBerry Devices, Software and Services (VAS).
Effectively presenting and promoting BlackBerry enterprise mobility management solutions including BlackBerry UEM and related product portfolio.
Providing senior technical expertise and knowledge of the BlackBerry solutions to named accounts and partners in both pre-sale and post-sale capacities.
Working side by side with BlackBerry Account Managers to build strategies and themes for continued adoption of BlackBerry Software and Service offerings and solutions.
Leading regional BlackBerry user group meetings & attending trade shows as well as customer meetings (as an individual or with an Account Manager)
Engaging top customers & driving the benefits & competitive differentiators of the BlackBerry Solution
Acting as a key contributor in team meetings, events and other BlackBerry business units
We are looking for talented individuals with the following skills and experience:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Technical Related Field or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 7-10 years relevant experience
Demonstrated technical presales, software platforms or end to end IT solution implementation experience with MDM, EMM, or UCM solutions
Experience working with large enterprise IT organisations
Experience working with or managing messaging systems, specifically Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise/Lotus Domino & Windows Server OS platforms
Proven technical aptitude and business acumen with a consultative approach to solution selling and an ability to handle high pressure complex conversations
Strong organization, time management and project planning/execution skills along with broad knowledge and understanding of wireless technology, trends, enterprise mobility management, messaging systems, competing technologies and the solution implementation lifecycle

Highly Desirable:

Government Security Clearance – ASD Canberra
Qualifications in Cyber or Security related fields (CISSP or similar)
Previous experience with BlackBerry Enterprise Server is highly desirable
