As a Project Manager - Cyber Security Services, you will be joining our Global Professional Services team, dedicated to maintaining a broad, expanding portfolio of consulting, deployment, and training offerings designed to advance our enterprise customers’ security goals. ensuring the smooth and seamless usage of BlackBerry products by our customers. The Project Manager will play a key role in each region in ensuring that our engagements are conducted smoothly, and provide the highest value to our customers.

Manage a mixture of Infrastructure and Cyber Security projects which will include anything from UEM to Penetration Testing, Forensics and GDPR
Collaborate with regional directors and subcontractor project managers to manage consultant resources, including project assignments, from project kick-off through completion and acceptance
Align with subcontractor project managers to ensure BlackBerry Professional Service projects are quickly started and maintain momentum to rapid closure.
Assist with project and product escalations to ensure timely and seamless communication to internal stakeholders, external subcontractors and customers.
Assign technical resources to engagements as they are sold, and balance workloads across localized pools of local consultants
Conduct weekly meetings with each delivery partner to run through projects, risks, issues and evaluate predicted completion date.
Enforce and promote Global Professional Services methodologies, standards, and practices
Schedule on-site installation, configuration, testing, and training activities
Top priority in flight projects across EMEA dashboard for senior management.
Collating data for Weekly forecast reporting on revenue recognition.
Partner with Technical Support to ensure all Support cases filed during deployment projects are driven to timely closure, and communicated to customer.
Assist services sales team with scoping and review of SOW’s and customized packages (estimate levels & deliverables & due diligence).
Regular reviews with delivery partners to ensure compliance with project methodology.
Manage Project start up and close down.
Ensure project allocation is managed throughout EMEA.
Report to finance on revenue recognition.
You will have:
Ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with customers, including executives, IT leadership, and IT technical staff.
Previous experience of managing IT Infrastructure projects. Cyber Security experience is desirable.
Prince2 Certification and/or PMP.
Capacity for 30-40% travel.
SC clearance or willingness to acquire SC clearance.
Ability to manage 4-6 projects simultaneously.
