Product Marketing Manager

What you will do
Partner with the field sales organization and corporate marketing teams to define and provide content support for field marketing initiatives supporting new logo sales and existing account expansion
Collaborate with existing subject matter experts and the PMM teams on current and upcoming products to manage existing content, create new content and synchronize on positioning
Manage the lifecycle of AMS content assets from gap analysis of existing content through work plan management for content creation, active retiring of outdated assets and quarterly currency checks of active content
Ensure sales is prepared to effectively sell against the competition through ongoing assessment of vendor delivery capabilities and regular content pushes to the field
Influence and support key sales events including the annual sales kickoff and sales leadership events
Field ad hoc content support requests from sales team
Lead efforts in collaboration with AMS delivery, product management and customer success management to develop and manage the AMS customer advisory board as well as provide standardized framing for value realization discussions
Based on analysis of customer feedback and the competitive landscape, influence internal stakeholders on how to best provide a superior customer experience across the entire cloud services lifecycle focusing on the customer-facing service elements, e.g. Adobe Cloud Manager
What you need to succeed
5+ years of extensive and progressive experience in GTM strategy, field marketing, field enablement and/or top-tier strategy consulting with a global enterprise software business
2+ years of experience with customer success teams and customers in an advisory/reference program capacity driving the conversation on measuring value realization and customer experience
Significant solution selling GTM content creation experience
Great business acumen and strong strategic thinking skills
C-suite relationship engagement and management skills
Creativity, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Track record of establishing and exceeding target metrics
Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
Ability to team effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
