Public Sector & Healthcare Solution is the specialist distributor of system integration projects. This includes close cooperation with the IT Division as well as with external partners. By assigning them to the Public & Healthcare Sales Unit - and thus to the TK Division - business responsibility can be taken more directly, making business smoother and even more successful.
P & H Solution Consulting's positioning is aligned with the segmentation to help account and sales managers best acquire and implement system integration business with their customers. This results in the two teams Bund / EU and other international institutions as well as Länder / Healthcare.
As a Senior Sales Consultant Public Sector (m / f), you assume the responsibility for the determination of customer requirements and for the development of solution concepts as well as their representation towards the customer.
The following tasks are in the foreground:
Expansion and expansion of the System Integration Business in the Public Sector & Healthcare sector, especially in the Federal Government / EU segment through end-to-end positioning of the public sector solution portfolio at the customer
The focus is on the constantly growing digitization portfolio for the public sector such as e-collaboration, modern architectures, IoT, cloud and mobile solutions
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer business plan focused on the Solution Sales Portfolio that addresses the business needs of customers and adds value
Provide your specific digitalization knowledge in the public sector for account management
Taking responsibility for business processes, architecture, consulting before and during the bid phase with defined goals
Building business relationships with the relevant customer-side managers and acting as a trusted management-level advisor
You have a degree in ITK or comparable vocational training and at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the public sector. A competent consultation of the customers especially on the topics of digitization is a matter of course for you.
You also have the following skills and abilities:
Proven extensive experience in the preparation of presentations in quotation situations and their use in the acquisition of IT projects
Excellent knowledge of contract law and business administration, especially in the preparation of offers
Outstanding knowledge of customer processes in the public sector
Very good knowledge and experience regarding the development of leads and their development to opportunities
Comprehensive market and competitive knowledge, especially of IT solution providers in Germany, as well as the ability to recognize and take advantage of up- and cross-selling opportunities for innovative solutions
Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, especially in the development of solution scenarios in the field of public sector, coupled with a strong focus on goals, results and customer orientation
Business fluent German and fluent English spoken and written (English: CEF Level B2)
The job requires regular travel readiness within Germany
