Within the Digital Division, IoT Product Development is responsible for the development of IoT products and platform-based solutions.

Your tasks

As a "Scrum Master (m / f)" , we work with leaders in the IoT environment to help them achieve the strategic goals they've set for the industry's best customer experience.

Support of IoT executives as Scrum Master
Responsible for the introduction, establishment and implementation of agile methods (Scrum) within the IoT unit of the Digital Division
Responsible for the introduction, establishment and implementation of a scalable Scrum process
Conception, design and implementation of innovative ideas on tools and methods
Planning, implementation and moderation of interdisciplinary trainings and innovation workshops for top management, product managers, product owners
Knowledge structure and knowledge transfer together with the innovation and strategy areas for the development and derivation of recommendations for action
Development of the means to find solutions to the previously defined problems (Ideation / brainstorming)

your profile

As "Scrum Master (m / w)" you work in an innovative environment and bring the following qualifications:

Successfully completed Business Informatics degree or equivalent
More than 5 years professional experience in agile methods and / or project management
Sound knowledge and practical (verifiable) experience in agile methods, such as Scrum, Scaling Scrum (NexusTM, LeSS, SAFe), Kanban etc.
Wide range of methods and tools
Strong facilitation, presentation and presentation skills
Experience in Design Thinking is an advantage
Knowledge of the agile Toollandschaft (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to strategically assess complex issues, to structure their content and to transfer them to new projects
Many years of experience in planning and conducting workshops
Business fluent German and English (C1-level), further language skills are an advantage
National and possibly international travel readiness
