Telephone advice and support of our fixed and mobile customers with technical questions
1st level support for incident cases and if necessary forwarding to 2nd level support
The position is limited to 24 months, with the option of continuing employment for an indefinite period.

Technical interest and basic knowledge of routers and PCs
Solution-oriented way of thinking and working
Enjoy communicating and telephoning as well as service and customer orientation
Fluent knowledge of German
Flexibility in working hours: We are there when the customer needs us. And your part-time work 20 hours in a 5-day week is especially in demand in the afternoon, evening and weekend
