Person will be responsible for the process of receiving order requests, processing and receiving of repair and expansion materials in new PeopleSoft Business Unit.
Key objectives:
Ensure repair and expansion equipment is ordered and managed using PeopleSoft Demand Replenishment and Ad-hoc purchases
Liaison between Logistics, Design Engineering, Transportation and Construction group to coordinate order tracking and delivery
Develop tool to incorporate excess materials into new repair plans
Provide recommendations to the business for improved material ordering, tracking and receiving processes
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination of purchase orders between Logistics, Design Engineering, Construction, Procurement & Transportation
Develop process for incorporating excess repair equipment into future rebuilds
Maintain and Update Receiving tools for repair equipment and any excess materials
Provide receiving summaries and status to CDT projects.
Periodic (weekly, monthly and quarterly) project management activities to include receiving, material status
Required to sign a Covenant Not to Compete
Hours of Work: 40 hrs/wk
Travel Requirements: 10-20%, domestic and international
