What you’ll do:
Deliver multi-channel campaigns that are on-strategy and high impact for the target market.
Partner with stakeholders, in-house creative team and media partners to shape Adobe’s creative and communication strategy for enterprise-targeted campaigns.
Partner with creative directors to guide internal creative teams and agencies in the creation of campaign assets.
6-8 major initiatives per year, across multiple lines of business and segments
Direct engagement with international agencies to guide strategy and achieve global scale.
Manage key agency relationships (2-4 agencies) – building appropriate staff, giving assignments and defining agency KPIs.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Willingness to spearhead change-management, from operational processes to campaign strategy to organizational structure.
Skills managing an agency partnership, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review.
Strong project management skills, particularly for all-digital programs.
Ability to work with a variety of marketing contacts including peers, functional requestors, marketing planners, and creatives to support and advocate for great work that delivers to Adobe standards.
Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects, remain open and flexible, collaborate and negotiate for success.
Appreciation and skill to work in a high energy, matrixed organization, with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive to clarity.
