Project Manager Construction (m/w)
As project manager, you represent the interests of us for the construction of a data center. You are responsible for compliance with cost, deadline and quality requirements. To do this, we primarily control the general contractor and the general planner. We are supported by the Engineering and Cost Controlling departments. We ensure project execution within the context of the requirements and involve the team of operations to which the project has to be handed over.

Leads and manages a construction project. Provides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations
Directs as many as 25+ external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.
Contributes to identifying and developing training programs
Executes effective contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation
Contributes to mentoring junior team members. Directs all internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams
Contributes to creating and maintaining best in class policies and procedures
You have a degree in a technical study, such as HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering successfully completed and have a sound technical understanding.
Ideally you would have already gained 5+ years professional experience in construction related project management.

You speak English and German fluently. Any additional European language would be considered an advantage.
