This position is responsible for partnering with leadership to align product portfolios with organizational strategies, working with key stakeholders to analyze, monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, working with management to facilitate portfolio decision making, and facilitating the enterprise planning and funding process for the portfolio.

Requires competency in customer focus, organizational change, innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
Essential Functions
Development of strategic partnerships within the company across all product, project and portfolio areas
Assist leadership with strategic analysis and development of product portfolio dashboards
Drive alignment and awareness across functional organizations to cultivate partnership opportunities, identify risks and facilitate solutions to ensure portfolio plan delivery
Track portfolio milestones and internal/external dependencies that may impact the planning and deployment of item(s) within the portfolio
Provide visibility to portfolio health, progression of activities, and dependencies, potential impacts or risks
Produce weekly, monthly or quarterly integrated life cycle dashboard reports to demonstrate progress towards funding, funding type, dependencies in/out of the organization, risks, issues, and next steps
Facilitate meetings that drive the rhythm of the business forward
Present detailed analysis and develop portfolio recommendations for leadership to take action upon
Perform portfolio management, to ensure efficient use of resources, appropriate scheduling and sequences of events based on changes to the portfolio to provide the organization with an accurate picture of the quarter over quarter plan

6+ years managing, assessing, or working in some facet of the portfolio management space
5+ years Product Management Experience; strong working knowledge of the product management space
Strong understanding of complex processes, reporting and resources necessary for Portfolio Management; strong working knowledge of development and infrastructure lifecycle management; strong working knowledge of the integration points between business units
Advanced written and oral communication to facilitate review of complex ideas to decision-makers, and anticipate potential objections
Broad understanding of multiple related disciplines, including understanding activities and deliverables of each team and interactions between in support of project delivery
Ability to foster collaboration and deliverables from different teams and different levels in and out of the organizational, to drive performance without direct management responsibility, through influential management and understanding of people, process, templates, tools and technology
Advanced experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills to effectively manage a portfolio
Demonstrated results in growing a successful partnership at all levels within the company
Must be highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously and in high pressure environments while maintaining a collaborative partnership with functional teams, stakeholders and leadership

Minimum Required
Bachelor’s Degree. Business Administration, Communications, Project Management or demonstrated industry experience
