Role purpose and accountabilities:
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Video Conferencing facilities.
Troubleshooting Voice/Client issues pertaining to Skype for Business
Contribute to improvement of Video Conferencing capabilities
Should be able to contribute with tasks related to local IT issues.
Should able to do hands on experience on troubleshooting with skype enabled phones and their configuration.
Should be able to troubleshoot basic Network/Wi-Fi related issues
Troubleshooting VMware VDI and Office365 issues.
Ensure delivery within agreed budget & timescales.
Ensure optimum user satisfaction when dealing with the support organisation.
Provide support to Project Teams after project goes live.
Provide Level 1 support to bugs/defects reported by end users.
What you will need to succeed:
Skills & Experience
Experience setting up and maintenance of Video Conferencing platform
Experience with Work Place technology
Knowledge of network and troubleshooting
Understanding of ITIL Processes
English language - advanced level.
B.Tech, B.E, M. Sc., BCA, MCA or PG degree in IT
