Build, execute and measure a quarterly marketing plan focused on net new customer acquisition.
Plan and manage portfolio of demand gen marketing channels
Be accountable to deliver leads and qualified sales opportunities to exceed quarterly quotas.
Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities.
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute integrated, measurable programs.
Establish credibility, professionalism and expertise within the organization as a performer and leader.
Provide quarterly and monthly program forecasts to ensure pipeline coverage quota is met.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline required
Minimum 5 years experience in field, demand gen or campaign marketing role in a high-tech B2B software organization
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated closed-loop environment
Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead conversion, nurturing management
Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and customers
Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
Superior interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
Ability to travel throughout EMEA when required
Native German Speaker with Excellent English Language Skills, other languages
