The ROC Operations Manager is part of the WW Deal Desk operations team focused on scaling the business through back-office integration, system enhancements and overall process improvements that are critical to reducing customer purchase cycle time. Every strategic decision has an impact on the sales process. The WW Deal Desk Operations team the liaison between those decisions and their global implementation into the sales. Firm alignment with Adobe's go to market strategy is critical and reaffirmed through strong communication and relationship building with each enterprise product business unit, product attorneys, sales attorneys, sales operations, pricing operations, finance, and accounting.
The WW Deal Desk Operations team is tasked with providing oversight and assisting in the development of policy and process documentation aimed at scaling and improving the deal review and contracting process globally. Developing and maintaining documentation repositories, such as SharePoint, MS OneNote, and MS Planner. Creating audit policy for financial tolerances, tracking training certifications, developing and coordinating training and onboarding material for Deal Desk Analysts. Creating communication newsletters for the global team and cross-communication with other Revenue Operations teams (Order Management, Contracting Operations, and Revenue Accounting).
This manager role will be heavily focused on go to market changes, strategies and impacts to the global deal desk organization.
