Senior Credit Analyst

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for managing all past due items of an assigned portfolio
Assessing credit risk by analyzing customer’s financial information (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow) and providing recommendation
Work with cross functional teams to drive resolution of disputed items
Maintain detail collection notes so that all customer contact and actions can be documented and substantiated
Provide regular verbal and/or written updates on delinquent accounts to management
Manage portfolio accounts to meet or exceed the department’s objectives
Expected to participate in various process improvement projects
Qualifications
5+ years of financial analysis experience
5+ years of commercial collection experience in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Experience in advertising technology and high-tech industries highly desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to diplomatically communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers.
SAP experience a plus. NetSuite experience a plus
SFDC experience a plus
Ability to conduct complex account reconciliation
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft office software packages especially in Excel
Proficient in Tableau a plus
Proficient in SharePoint a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamic
Experience with acquisition integration a plus
Reliable, flexible and good team player.
