Be an advocate for agency and designer needs within Adobe to product, marketing and campaign teams as well as executives.
Work with cross-functional teams to influence, implement, extend, manage, and evolve our creative resource ecosystem
Work across product areas and regions on key cross marketing initiatives in the thought leadership, process and infrastructure improvement, and educational spaces.
Manage day-to-day relationships with key agency designers, leaders and teams. Work across marketing to connect the right projects with the right agency partners.
Develop, drive, and support implementation of systems, processes, and events to foster relationships and strengthen relationships with agencies.
Deep understanding and familiarity with screen design and the screen designer community.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of work experience including 4 years of work experience in brand and technology marketing.
5 years of experience working on both the agency and client-side, in a variety of functions (designer, account management, production, planning, brand management).
Proven ability to build and foster relationships, as well as develop and support communities.
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and agencies. Agency background with intimate working knowledge of how agencies function and how decisions are made.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
High EQ that enables close working relationships with designers and leaders at top agencies and across key product marketing leadership.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
Strong storytelling ability.
