Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

What you’ll do:

Drive the onboarding experience for new Document Cloud Sign Services enterprise clients
Install and integrate our software product integrations for customers leveraging web conferencing tools
Help guide new customers through the transition from physical paper work flows to e-signature work flows
Keep updated notes of the onboarding experience for new customers in Salesforce
Identify internal onboarding process weaknesses and implement improvements
Take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal customer experience
Collaborate with account executives, customer success managers, and technical resources to strategize on new enterprise customers launch
Requirements:

2+ years experience working for a SaaS company in a role that interfaced directly with customers
Provide onboarding project management for new enterprise customers
Take ownership of clients onboarding and configuration by working very closely with the customer’s administrator
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide detailed executive summaries on strategic enterprise customers
Must be passionate about customer experience.
