Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance and Sales to drive a consistent product experience and business strategy to grow our global base of Higher Education monthly active users.
Develop deep audience expertise and serve as the voice of the customer through research, analysis, and first-hand classroom experience. Drive customer research as needed.
Establish a strong POV of what Creative Cloud for Education will be across the Higher Education curriculum. Test hypotheses with educators, students and internal product teams in order to bring Creative Cloud for Education products and services to market.
Partner with strategy team to determine the market opportunity of the Higher Education business. Establish a framework for student cost of acquisition and LTV with internal stakeholders and Corporate Finance.
Partner with the Business Model Strategy team to evolve our Higher Education GTM beyond desktop tools. The business model will include CC for Education services and new cloud-first products such as Adobe Spark.
Lead Marketing and Sales teams on GTM launches and external partnerships. Partner with global teams on scalable programs. Provide insights and support for local retention programs.
Define and track against MAU and retention KPIs.
Requirements:

BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated analytical success; MBA a plus
2+ years product marketing experience in fast-moving technology companies
Education experience is a plus.
Proven experience communicating and presenting data to key stakeholders and senior management.
Deep analytical skills, demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, and keen ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis.
Creative mindset, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problems
Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and willing to roll up one’s sleeves to tackle opportunities head-on.
