What you’ll do
Collaborate with product management on setting product strategy and roadmaps based on community feedback and market research.
Develop programs and plans that drive engagement with the design community.
Build and foster relationships in the design community to gain customer and market insights.
Identify partnerships where Adobe can support and foster the design community.
Write messaging, positioning and briefs for the creation of highly effective content and engagement programs
Work with the corporate marketing and design marketing teams to ensure cross-functional execution on integrated engagement plans that involve PR, social media, relationship marketing, demand gen and online marketing
Measure and track adoption of products, impact and perception of Adobe in the design world, and engagement of customers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Passion for creativity and design as well as understanding of the design communities.
Excellent communication skills especially writing skills.
Strong networking and social media skills.
Excellent project management and people management skills.
Ability to work across large internal teams as well as across partner organizations in the community.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time primarily within the US.
Experience with the Creative Cloud or design tools a bonus.
BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
