You'll be working closely with the sales team to provide solutions to Enterprise customers within Japan. You'll evangelize our security portfolio and help to move the business forward with a consultative approach to the sales process.
With a strong technical focus, you'll provide the insight necessary for the customer to understand how we can solve their security problems.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations tailored to customers’ requirements
Provide product support and assist prospects, customers and partners with their technical and business related issues
Ability to map technical and commercial value to longer term business goals within customer environment
Engage with the Symantec Regional Sales and Sales Engineering Teams to support their customer engagements
Engage with the Product and Sales Teams at Channel & Alliance Partners
Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
Organize the delivery of Proof Of Concept(PoC) in the security technology
Write technical with papers and own the technical response to RFIs/RFPs
Provide technical certification training to customers, partners and prospects
Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
Passion for and in-depth knowledge of IT Security is essential
Knowledge & experience in any security relevant technologies
In-depth knowledge of Common IT technology (either in Network, Endpoint, Server, Cloud, Mobile, IoT)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
5+ year experience for related sales engineering, system engineering or consulting or related field
Native level Japanese speaker and English skills preferred
Preferred : Industry accreditations such as CISSP, ITIL, CSA etc.
