About the role
Under the responsibility of the sales manager of the services and work in a collaborative relationship with the general sales team of the team.
The activity consists in taking charge of:
Sales of hardware and software marketed by the company as well as associated maintenance renewals in the context of the Trading, Integration and Managed Services activities,
Lead and / or reward statements related to these sales.
In addition, you are responsible for analyzing customer needs, prospecting while offering them suitable products and accompanying them in their approach, this in order to retain them.
Your role is to:
Manage a portfolio of active clients,
Develop the activity with prospects,
To propose a technical solution adapted to a request or a customer problem in relation with the commercial field and AVV,
Elaborate commercial proposals,
Participate in the response to the invitations to tender,
Participate in direct marketing actions and manage relationships with partners (publishers, builders and wholesalers) as part of these operations,
Respect the commercial objectives fixed by the Commercial Direction,
Listen to new needs
Graduate with a Bac + 2 at least, you are from a business school or university. You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar position, while having the polish and the appetite for the areas of IT, infrastructure, virtualization and the world of ESN, which will allow you to achieve the objectives set.
Methodical, you have the sense of planning, master customer relationship management, business management rules and are able to offer diagnostics and solutions tailored to each situation.
