Attached to an Orange Cloud for Business sales manager, you are responsible for the commercial relationship on a portfolio of customers in the park (portfolio of approximately € 3-5 M), involving a very high level of customer relationship.
Your service, billed to the customer, allows the execution of our contracts throughout their life cycle.
You direct the execution of our contracts on all its dimensions in accordance with the economic equation planned in pre-sales, in close connection with the Operations team
You control the P & L in execution of the contract (Revenue assurance, load analysis via feedback Time Tracking ...)
You arouse and treat all the complementary business opportunities that will be the subject of a contractual amendment (expansion)
You manage the governance between Orange Cloud for Business and your client (steering committee, strategic committee ...)
You manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction in close relationship with Operations
You provide feedback from internal teams
≥ Bac +4 / 5, with strong experience in the field of ambitious and complex IT program management.
You master Customer Relationship, Incident Management
You know how to manage important outsourcing projects in transverse vision
You have a commercial temperament allowing you to grow your turnover (and income)
You have a good command of English
Strong leadership and great ability to convince
Ability to handle pressure and complexity with varied interlocutors
Strong commitment and autonomy
Ability to promote capitalization and teamwork
